Neka product care guide

For over 15 years, Neka's mission has been to develop quality products to provide you with maximum comfort. Your well-being is our priority, which is why buckwheat hulls have been chosen for the manufacture of our products. Hulls last a very long time (+10 years). We have designed our covers with a zipper to help you maintain your product well.

The inner and outer covers of our products are machine washable. Please note that you must empty the contents of the inner cover before washing it, as the hulls must avoid all contact with water. Once the covers are washed, we recommend air-drying them rather than using a dryer.

Procedure for a complete cleaning of your cushion or pillow:

1. Remove the decorative cover

2. Empty the hulls from the white cover and put them in a container (e.g., a bucket)

3. Wash both covers

4. Hang the covers to dry

5. To put the hulls back into the white cover, you can use a plastic bag and cut a small part of the corner. The funnel thus created will make it easier to fill the cover. Tip: Ask for help with this step ;)
