What are buckwheat hulls?
Buckwheat hulls are obtained by hulling the buckwheat seed. It is the hulls that protect the seeds from the elements.
Do buckwheat hulls crush over time?
The shells lose about 10% of their volume over time. All our products are equipped with a clasp, so it is possible to add hulls if necessary.
Can you heat the husks in the microwave?
It is not suggested to heat the husks as this would dry them out. Especially since one of the properties of the husks is that they do not retain body heat.
Can I use your products if I am allergic to buckwheat?
Buckwheat hulls are hypoallergenic but there are still a minority of people who are allergic to buckwheat. Even if buckwheat hulls are well cleaned and dusted, traces of flour may remain. It is therefore not advisable to use buckwheat products if you are allergic.
Is it an anti-mite product?
Yes, buckwheat hulls are naturally anti-mite and anti-bacterial.
Are your products washable?
All our covers have a clasp so they can be washed. The shells must be removed before washing. Never put the shells in water.
What is the shelf life of buckwheat hulls?
Approximately 8 to 10 years.
From how many weeks of pregnancy do I need a body pillow to sleep?
On average, pregnant women start to have trouble sleeping around the 18th week of pregnancy. This varies from person to person.
At what age does my child need a pillow to sleep?
From the age of two. Before this age, they do not need it and it is dangerous because of the risk of choking.

Method of payment/invoicing
Payment by credit card is the only method of payment for online purchases at www.nneka.ca. Please note that the confirmation email you will receive shortly after placing an order on www.nneka.ca will constitute your proof of purchase (invoice). PAYPAL is Neka's preferred online payment service to facilitate and secure transactions.

Delivery time
The delivery time will be displayed during the purchase process. It varies depending on the delivery address. On average, delivery time is 3-5 days for Canada and 10-12 days for the United States.

Cancellation
To cancel an order placed through Neka's website, simply contact customer service promptly by email at info@nneka.ca or by calling 1.888.768 BABY (2229). Neka will credit you the full amount of your purchase if your order is not shipped. The payment method for the refund will be the same as the one used for the purchase and the refund will be applied to the same credit card number.

Conditions of reimbursement
The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and must not have been used or washed. The amount refunded in Canadian dollars will be equal to the total amount paid for the returned merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the goods within 30 days of the date of shipment by Neka. The method of payment for the refund will be the same as the one used for the purchase and the refund will be applied to the same credit card number.
