Maintenance guide for your Neka products

For more than 15 years, Neka's mission has been to develop quality products to offer you maximum comfort. Your well-being is our priority and that is why buckwheat hulls have been selected for the manufacture of our products. Buckwheat hulls have a very long shelf life (over 10 years). We have therefore designed our covers with a clasp to help you maintain your product.

The inner and outer covers of our products are machine washable. Please note that you should empty the contents of the inner cover before washing it, as the shells should not come into contact with water. Once the covers have been washed, we recommend that you air dry rather than dryer dry. 

Procedure for a complete cleaning of your cushion or pillow:

1. Remove the decorative cover

2. Empty the husks from the white cover and put them in a container (e.g. boiler)

3. Wash both covers

4. Hang the covers up to dry

5. To put the husks back into the white bag, you can use a plastic bag and cut off a small part of the corner. This will create a funnel that will make it easier to fill the bag. Tip: Ask for help with this step ;)
